At POP Yoga, our classes offer a welcoming space to pause, breathe, move, and reconnect. Whether you are looking for a slower practice, a more active flow, or something in between, each class is designed to support your body, your energy, and your day.

Yoga Lux

Suzanne will teach a gentle but challenging practice of curiosity and awareness. You will move through yoga poses and be guided to notice what's happening in your breath and body. This class helps you grow in being present, both on and off the mat.

Yin Hybrid

A mix of Yin Yoga, a practice that focuses on long holds in poses, with Hatha Yoga, a traditional yoga practice of poses and breath work. Perfect for those who struggle with low energy or anyone seeking stress relief.

Beginner Yoga

Our lives are so fast paced, so take this hour to unwind your body and relax your mind. You will feel safe, relaxed, calm, and peaceful while getting the benefits of the yoga poses. Elise teaches gentle movement and ends the class in a sequence of restorative poses.

Yoga Lux with Weights

A fun educational, and challenging class to set you up for strength and more resilient joints. Each month features a specific theme or focus, such as a yoga pose or area of the body. Based on the focus, the exercises of the class will be geared towards building strength for that pose or body part. We will get stronger together!

Restorative Yoga

A deeply restful and relaxing practice of supported poses using props to dissolve physical and mental tension. Experience deep levels of relaxation and calmness to restore the body. Elise is such a nurturer!

Rooted Vinyasa Flow

With a focus on fluidity, control, and mindfulness, this intermediate level vinyasa class will increase your overall strength and mobility. Come grow in a deeper sense of "rootedness" and security in your whole being!

Strong Bones

Ready to build strong bones? This class is based on Dr. Loren Fishman's Osteoporosis program. 12 poses repeated each class and held up to one minute. Sue also shares her discoveries from her research journey on fascial fitness.

Power Flow

Looking for a challenging and 
energetic class? Power flow is a creative and fun vinyasa class which links together poses with the breath in a flowing sequence. Not for beginners.

Functional Movement

Mobility allows you to stay active by improving stability and range of motion in your joints. Julie will lead you in a class with a good mix of strength and mobility work. She mixes traditional yoga poses with non traditional poses that are creative for mobility work. You will love her laugh!

Booking Policy
  • All classes must be purchased and booked in advance.
  • You may cancel a booking up to 4 hours before start time.Missing class without canceling 4 hours in advance will result in losing that class credit.
  • Class credits expire based on when you buy them. Once they expire, you cannot use them. Expiration dates will not be extended.
