"Hi, I'm Suzanne, I'm a Christian mom of three, and I just bought a BAR!"
Those were the first words I said to my team before I started describing the reason behind my desire to own and operate a yoga studio.
It's not an understatement to say that yoga changed my life and it set me on a mission to offer the same experience to as many people as possible, in an accessible and meaningful way.
At Pop Yoga, we want you to come as you are. None of us has it all together, and the good news is that we don't have to!

BROOKE SCHNEIDER was first drawn to yoga in 2014. Though she began it seeking a class for simply stretching, she quickly saw the mental, spiritual, and emotional benefits of the practice. Yoga inspired Brooke to also work on herself off the mat through her passions for writing and speaking. Brooke's classes focus on gratitude and connecting the magic 5 senses in order to tap into the Divine that is within each of us.

Nicole Hatcher, RYT 200 discovered her love for yoga in 2008 at her local gym. While she initially practiced yoga for the fitness benefits (the faster and sweatier the better!), she became drawn to classes that helped her connect with her body and breath, calm her mind and come into the present moment. Nicole is passionate about teaching the foundations of yoga in order to help her students develop confidence in their yoga practice and embrace the journey, wherever they may be.
