Ready to build strong bones? This class is based on Dr. Loren Fishman's Osteoporosis program. 12 poses are held for up to a minute, weights optional. Challenging but paced for recovery and focus. BREATHE DEEP, WORK HARD. Everyone welcome.
Calling all guys! Do you want to move better and feel better?Take some time out of the workday to come move and breathe. For all levels! Suzanne and Julie will rotate teaching this class.
A mental reset as we flex, extend, flow, twist, and balance! A moderate level class that offers plenty of modifications for all levels. We will flow through traditional vinyasa while also incorporating rudimentary mobility work and biomechanics.

Looking for a challenging and
energetic class?
Power flow is a creative and fun vinyasa class which links together poses with the breath in a flowing sequence. . Not for beginners.
Mobility allows you to stay active by improving stability and range of motion in your joints. Julie will lead you in a class with a good mix of strength and mobility work. She mixes traditional yoga flows with non traditional flows that are creative but not complex. You will love her laugh!
This all levels class includes breath work, movement, building strength, and creating balance. Before jumping into a power flow class, come learn the poses and practice them at a slower pace.Variations are offered so that students may customize their current practice and grow stronger over time.
