Service Description

An invitation for girls ages 13-19 to experience being "rooted and built up in Him" (Colossians 2:7). Through movement, breath, reflection, and meaningful conversation we will explore three simple practices - Pause. Observe. Plant as practical tools to anchor in God's love. Along the way we will learn a little about how God designed our brains and bodies to work.
