Service Description

A 6-week summer series at POP! Each week you will enjoy Yin style yoga (a slow, meditative style of yoga that targets deep connective tissues (like fascia, ligaments, and joints) rather than muscles), a breathing technique, and learn a new mindfulness exercise rooted in Philippians 4:8. Come expecting to learn something new, breathe deeply, and get a good stretch.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a class up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time and your class credit will be returned. Cancellations made within 4 hours of class start time will result in the loss of that class credit.
