A mental reset as we flex, extend, flow, twist, and balance! A moderate level class that offers plenty of modifications for all levels. We will flow through traditional vinyasa while also incorporating rudimentary mobility work and biomechanics.
To cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 1 hour in advance. Classes with no bookings 1 hour prior to class will be canceled.
