Service Description

Lydia Lix from LifeWorks Counseling and Suzanne Jones from POP Yoga will lead this workshop for girls. Becoming RICHLY ROOTED, the girls can grow their understanding of negative thinking, worries, and the anxiety cycle. This will be an opportunity to plant themselves in thought-stopping skills to bring awareness to their mind, body, and spirit.
