Service Description

Running is a skill! It requires careful attention to body awareness and proper execution of movements! Reform your Run is a 6 week series led by local Running Coach and Yoga Instructor, Kathryn Boylan. Learn the key basics of running form, perform technique drills, complete a yoga flow, and practice what you learn! All of this just in time for The Annual 5K Donut Run benefiting the Food Mill nourishment programs at Truth Springs Academy! The first 10 people to register for this series will receive a FREE race packet!!
